These policies explain exactly what you receive, when delivery occurs, how support and refund reviews work, and what information this site handles.
Purchase and digital delivery
The Contractor Quote & Follow-Up Kit is a one-time $29 USD digital purchase. It is not a subscription and no physical item is shipped. Applicable taxes, if any, are displayed during Stripe checkout.
After a successful payment, the customer is directed to the Crown Pro Commerce delivery page to save the downloadable HTML toolkit. The file is designed to open in a current desktop or mobile web browser, although a desktop or laptop provides the best working experience.
The buyer may adapt the toolkit for their own business documents and customer work. The original toolkit may not be resold, shared, posted publicly or redistributed.
Refund and support policy
Because access to a digital product is provided immediately, completed digital purchases are generally final after access is delivered. Crown Pro Commerce will review a refund request when it concerns:
- a duplicate charge;
- a file that cannot be accessed after reasonable troubleshooting; or
- a product that materially differs from the description shown before purchase.
Request window
Contact support within 7 calendar days of purchase and include the buyer name or email, purchase date and Stripe receipt or order reference. Never send a full card number, bank login or banking details.
How we resolve a valid issue
We will first attempt to restore access, replace a corrupted file or correct the documented issue. If that does not resolve an eligible request, we may issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method. Stripe states that completed refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the customer’s bank.
Privacy
The product page does not use an account signup form or advertising tracker. Values entered into the free calculator preview are calculated in the visitor’s browser and are not sent to Crown Pro Commerce.
When a customer chooses to purchase, Stripe processes checkout and payment information under Stripe’s privacy practices. Crown Pro Commerce may receive the transaction details Stripe makes available to fulfill the order, provide support, prevent fraud and maintain business records.
Support emails are used to respond to the request and maintain the related business record. Do not email card numbers, passwords, bank credentials or sensitive customer project records.
Product scope and responsibility
The toolkit is an organizational aid. It is not legal, tax, accounting or custom estimating advice; it is not a signed customer contract; and it does not guarantee profit, job awards or any business result. The buyer remains responsible for verifying measurements, quantities, labor assumptions, material costs, fees, taxes, licensing requirements and customer terms before quoting or starting work.
